Kenny Doppelganger Can't 'Feel Like a Rock Star' Jun 26th 2012, 13:51 NASHVILLE –  A Nashville fan who was thrown out of a Kenny Chesney concert for looking too much like the country star has received a refund and an apology from the star's record label and concert promoter. Fox 17 reports Nathan Blankenship was escorted out of Chesney's "Brothers of the Sun" concert last weekend at L-P Field after some fans requested to take pictures with him because they thought he was the country star. Blankenship claims he was told by a security guard he had to leave, because "higher-ups" thought he was causing too much "confusion." Blankenship received an official apology from Chesney's record label, Sony, and the promoter of the event Monday night. Fox 17 reports Blankenship will be refunded for his ticket and they will be sending him a gift basket with Sony merchandise.  The concert promoter, The Messina Group, said in a press release they had nothing to do with Blankenship getting kicked out, and they were not even aware of the incident until they saw it in the media.  Click for more from Fox 17.
