UNDER FIRE: Report: Judge in Nude Pic Flap Impregnates Witness Dec 8th 2012, 01:53 A Michigan judge who came under fire for texting nude photos of himself to a female bailiff is now accused of impregnating a complaining witness and discussing a punishment for the defendant in the case. Third Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree is accused of carrying an affair with Geniene La'Shay Mott, a woman who had brought her ex-boyfriend into his court on felony charges for not paying child support, MyFoxDetroit.com reports. Fox 2 News Headlines "I met him as a litigant, a complaining witness in his courtroom, and he stayed around after the case was over and that's when the second half of flirting started and we went from there and our relationship picked up," Mott told MyFoxDetroit.com "It went from being a summer fling and just something to do to falling in love, promises of marriage, me getting pregnant, us buying a house together, name it," she said. Alleged text messages between the two shown to MyFoxDetroit.com's Charlie LeDuff show things went sour when McCree's wife found out about the pregnancy. "...NOW BACK 2 US… WHAT ARE WE DOIN AFTER COURT THURSDAY???" - Alleged text from Mott to McCree An alleged text message sent from McCree's phone to Mott promised that she would get anything she needed in return for an abortion. "YEAH LET'S TALK!!! I WANT (AND SO DOES LAVERNE) THIS TERMINATION. U'LL GET WHATEVER U WANT 4 IT! I'VE BEEN CLEAR ON IT FROM THE GET GO!!! WHATEVER U WANT. YOU SHALL HAVE!!!" the alleged text message reads. Another text message exchange allegedly shows the two discussing a punishment for Mott's ex. "OK, The math will be based on his failures since being placed on probation, but if U'r right. The threat of jail will loosen his purse strings!" a text from McCree allegedly said. "OK SO LET'S GO WITH WHAT YOU PROPOSED… GO 2 JAIL (150 DAYS), RELEASE UPON PAYMENT OF $1,500. OR, GET A TETHER & BRING BACK W/N 30 DAYS $2500 OR SERVE 9 MONTHS! BONUS: PAY W/N 30 DAYS, REMOVE TETHER. NOW BACK 2 US… WHAT ARE WE DOIN AFTER COURT THURSDAY???" Mott allegedly sent back. McCree refused to answer questions asked by Charlie LeDuff, and referred all matters to the prosecutor's office. No criminal action will be taken against Mott, the Wayne County prosecutor's office tells Fox 2. The entire matter is being referred to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.
