In a scene straight out of "Ocean's Eleven," a popular casino has been scammed out of $32 million.

The Crown Casino, Australia's largest, was hit by a foreigner staying at the casino who used the site's surveillance cameras in the sting, the Herald-Sun reported.

According to the paper, information was taken from high-resolution cameras and used to signal to the high-roller as he played cards -– a similar sting used by the Danny Ocean character in "Ocean's Eleven," a film starring George Clooney.

The patron was banned after the scam was discovered, and a staff member assigned to the VIP gaming area was fired, according to the report.

Crown said it believes it can recover a significant portion of the money.
