Federal law enforcement sources told Fox News that authorities are investigating whether Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Mass., and his brother may have had military training overseas. A man with the same name won a $2,500 scholarship in 2011 from the city of Cambridge, according to online records. The two men believed to be the suspects from Monday's terror attack apparently surfaced just hours after the FBI released their imaged late Thursday afternoon, shooting the police officer, robbing a convenience store, carjacking a man who later escaped and engaging in a wild shootout with Boston police, in which they hurled explosives from their stolen car. "We believe this man to be a terrorist," said Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis. "We believe this to be a man who's come here to kill people." The bombings on Monday killed three people and injured more than 180 others. The Associated Press contributed to this report.
