NY Youth Baseball Coach Accused of Stalking Rival Sep 22nd 2012, 18:30 Published September 22, 2012 Associated Press This undated photo shows Robert Sanfilippo.MyFoxNY.com YAPHANK, N.Y. –  Police say a youth baseball coach on Long Island has been arrested on charges of stalking his rival's family with threatening text messages.  Newsday reports that 45-year-old Robert Sanfilippo was arrested during a game in Yaphank on Friday.  Sanfilippo manages a team of 10- and 11-year-old boys. Police tell Newsday that he got into a dispute with another coach during a tournament in May. Police say Sanfilippo bought an untraceable phone and started sending text messages threatening to harm the other coach, his son and his wife. Commack resident John Reardon said he and his family were the stalking victims. He said it got "scary."  Sanfilippo was awaiting arraignment Saturday on charges of aggravated harassment and stalking. It was not clear if he had an attorney.
