BREAKING NEWS: Plane makes emergency landing at Philadelphia airport after threat Aug 7th 2013, 19:34 A US Airways plane made an emergency landing Wednesday afternoon after receiving an unspecified phone threat. Fox News confirms that the plane was headed to Shannon, Ireland. US Airways Flight 777 landed and was isolated on the runway. Passengers and their luggage were removed from the plane for screening. MyFoxPhilly.com reports that the nature of the threat was not immediately known.
